• Children of Serving Army Personnel / MES Employees must attach a recent Service Certificate from concerned FMN / Unit etc.
• Children of Retired Armed Forces Personnel must attach a copy of Pension Book and Discharge Certificate.
• Children of Serving FGEI (C/G) Employees must submit a recent Certificate from the Head of Office / Institution.
• 3 x Copies of Marks Sheet duly attested by any gazetted officer.
• 3 x Copies of Character Certificate duly attested by the Principal of the last attended school.
• College Leaving Certificate in original, if the candidate is joining after migration from another college.
• Original Migration Certificate if SSC was passed from a board other than the Federal Board Islamabad (to be submitted at the time of admission).
• All original documents (Marksheet, Pension Book, etc.) must be provided at the time of interview for verification.
• 3 x Copies of CNIC of Father and 3 x Copies of Form B of the candidate.

General Admission Rules

1. Re-admission to HSSC-I will not be allowed except in cases of medical reasons, provided the college is informed in time.
2. Admission forms will not be issued or accepted after the expiry of the stipulated date.
3. Only students with more than 60% marks in SSC are eligible to apply in Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, and General Science groups at HSSC level.
4. Candidates applying for Economics and Computer Science must have secured 60% marks with Science subjects in SSC.
5. Students with a minimum of 50% marks in SSC are eligible to apply in Humanities group, except the restricted categories mentioned above.
6. Migration from local colleges is not allowed.
7. Dual registration in colleges, boards, or universities is not allowed.
8. Students who passed SSC in Humanities are not eligible for admission in Option-I and Science General groups.
9. Maximum age for registration in HSSC-I is 18 years.
10. Fee once deposited will not be refunded.
11. No forms will be shifted from one group or category to another under any circumstances.

FEE STRUCTURE

1. Fee once paid is not refundable.
2. All official receipts must be kept in safe custody because they may be
   checked any time.
3. College leaving certificate (CLC) is issued only after all dues are paid.
4. A student is required to inform the college if she decides to discontinue
   studies. Failing which, she will continue to run in arrears of fee which will
   have to be cleared before CLC is issued and the security deposit is refunded.
5. The security deposit shall stand lapsed in favour of the college after one year
   of declaration of final examination results.
